Main Role
Assisting with daily matters related front desk operations for the School. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients, and customers.

Area of Responsibilities
  • Assisting and handling visitor, parent, children, staff with inquiries also outgoing telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner to ensure their convenience and trust in the School; Coordinating transport for visiting teams, including transfer to and from airport and also hotels to BSJ.
  • Typing, editing, replacing and assisting secretaries and admission office.
  • Preparing, organizing, assisting and supervise internal and external mail and couriers, messengers, photocopying and printing order, DHL document and outgoing fax (inter-local / international only).
  • Provide guest with information and escort guest
  • To actively promote the well-being of all students and be familiar with and uphold all, Safeguarding policies and Child Protection procedures within the school.


  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Secretarial / English Literature / Administration / Hospitality, or other related education background Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • 3+ years of working experience in handling General Administration Required Skill(s): English, Computer Literacy, Multitasking, Interpersonal Skill.
  • Experience working as, front desk or direct dealing with external guest
  • Experience working at Embassy/ hotel/tourism agency / private hospital / international schools, or any international environment
  • Experience working with children (preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with varied guest behavior
  • Excellent customer service telephone skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good Analytical Capability
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Possess good self-organizational skills and able to manage time efficiently
  • Highly motivated and good team player
  • Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent English
  • Ability to use computer software such as the office package
